Ryan's Agency for Models was founded and established in the year of 2000 by Leslie Rogers. Leslie, former fashion model, has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and is a native to Washington, D.C. Since her childhood, Leslie's dream was to pursue a career in the fashion industry. At the age of 16, she began modeling for Barbizon School of Modeling, and modeling in local fashion shows. At the age of 25, Leslie realized that modeling was her true passion, and began a professional career in modeling, which inspired her to create an agency that would allow her to integrate her passion and experience into a company of her own. The special bond with her son Ryan further inspired the agency's name. Ryan's Agency was initially created to represent models located in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area, to provide full services to aspiring models, with a goal of promoting in marketable industries such as New York and Paris.
Since its inception, Ryan's Agency has grown to represent models nationally, and is providing full spectrum modeling services to male, female, and child models in the area of high fashion, runway, print, catalog, editorial, and commercial modeling.
Mission
Ryan's Agency for Models is a boutique, full serviced modeling agency. Models are promoted in the area of high fashion, runway, print, editorial, and commercial work, with a goal of providing guidance, support, and honesty in order to attain success in the modeling industry. As the owner of such an agency and a former fashion model, I believe that honesty is imperative in order to create and maintain positive relationships with both aspiring models and potential clients, and to attain productivity and success within the industry. Ryan's Agency also specializes in multi-cultural talent and full-figured modeling.
Vision
Ryan's Agency for Models will uphold its mission by exposing models to fashion industries nationally and internationally. Further, Ryan's Agency will provide a new Millennium of apparel through the future presentation of Ryan Kenneth Designs featuring high end, and affordable clothing and apparel.
